Welcome to the TemploJava.org Bio web site.

This is a project developed as an implementation of bioinformatic tools created by the researchers described bellow.

These tools are computational algorithms that generate results from biological searches over cyanobacteria genomic data.

This work is supported by PESC (Computational Systems Engineering Program) department at the UFRJ (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro).
